For a Healthy America, Take the Crime Out of Drugs

"Welcome to the world where you and I encounter each other in the same dimension of understanding and grace through all of our relations with and above each other."

Said by a 40 year old man, C.B., who rarely had a kind word said to him growin' up.  Was a drug addict by 14.  One ever since.  Teenage years spent in and out of detention centers.  A hell of an education and nearly all informal.  Which brings us to drugs and terrorism.

Many home grown terrorists are comin' out of gangs, disaffected members and that number is growin' daily.  The kind who invade homes in the hood/barrio and rape.  Estimated a 14 year old girl every 20 minutes.  Main driver for this is illegal drugs.  Drugs made illegal by jim crow mentality:  marijuana was demonized and prohibited to get rid of Mexicans in the '30's in the U.S. Southwest.
  Cocaine suffered the same fate when it's sale and distribution were made illegal in 1914 under the Harrison Narcotics Tax Act. Earlier that same year,1914. a member of the Pa. State Pharmacy Board, Dr. Christopher Koch allegedly said "Most of the attacks upon the white women of the South are the direct result of a cocaine -crazed Negro brain."
A good insight into the Jim Crow mentality of segregated America. And that same sick mentality is driving our present day drug laws. Pathetic ignorance rules. It goes with the landlord/businessman mindset. Cheap labor. Keep them on the plantation. 

Heroin was made illegal in 1924. You guessed it-"Negroes" were havin' too much fun again. Especially the poor old bastards breaking their backs laborin' nearly every day. It was aimed at all poor and those doin' "menial labor", not just African Americans. The servant class.

Solution to this blatant racism and terror it's breedin' here and around the world:
for a healthy America take the crime out of drugs.

 That would pull the rug right out from under their base of operations, not only here in the U.S. , Latin Am., Afghanistan, Pakistan and everywhere else as far as that goes.  It will easily be the best and most important strike 'gainst terrorism and the most necessary if we're to overcome.
